Job Description
My client is looking for a Senior Architect to run mixed use, residential and commercial schemes. To be successful in this role you must have previous experience running projects and have a good understanding of construction and have ran a number of projects from conception through to completion. This is a superb opportunity for the right candidate with a real opportunity to move up to Associate level.
This high profile role demands excellent management skills as you will be responsible for the supervision of the work of others undertaken in this developing and talented office. You will be able to assist partners and associates in the preparation of fee proposals and be confident in offering advice on matters of contract. You will be involved in all stages of scheme design, from initial concepts to preparing planning drawings. You will also have awareness of, and be able to promote opportunities to incorporate sustainable design measures within design work. You will be well-informed of new and evolving construction technologies and be able to provide direction on the environmental and regulatory requirements of construction. The successful candidate will be able to provide detailed design work including the preparation and submission of building regulations and drawing packages and will be proficient in AutoCAD. This is a decision-making position where you will be expected to make a major impact on business performance. Russian language skills are a must.
