Job Description
Senior Architect - Dubai
Our client is looking for a talented Senior Architect to manage a team on a substantial project, based in Dubai. The right Architect will have worked on a very large scale development from concept to completion. They are placing a large emphasis on the Architect having a sound understanding of design (gained from construction) and the Architects awareness of the technical implications of poor design decisions.
As Senior Architect you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of prestigious large scale projects and the successful person will have proven abilities in being able to-
Review documents in various phases for design intent, use of materials and coordination with Master plan intent; Coordinate with Plot Owners consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies as necessary in meetings, drawings and communication; understand Architectural/Urban Quality. Analyze building/Zoning Codes ; Propose improved solutions and advise Plot Owners Consultants on technical issues influencing design; Prepare and conduct Design Review Workshops; Understand design document contents and specifications; Conduct on-site observations and compliance checks .
Our client will assist you with all aspects of relocating over to the Middle East and have a dedicated team of HR professionals on hand.
