During installation, setting up lasers (for level/gradient control of dozers). Monitoring formation depth during excavation. Checking of levels / fall of newly installed track drainage. Monitoring layering and compaction of new ballast plus installation of new track for level, alignment and correct cant. Marking up track for lifting and alignment by tamping machine and technical supervision of stressing.
