Recruitment Resourcer Salary £16,000 Plus Commission + excellent benefits Based Glasgow City
We are looking to recruit a resourcer to work in our Technical Team in Glasgow.
The position is helping one of our consultants with the day to day running of their desk with tasks including helping to organise and write mailshots, sourcing available candidates, interviewing candidates and helping with the day to day management of temporary workers. This is an integral role in the development of the team and we need someone who can perform multiple tasks calmly and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills; someone who can communicate effectively with a wide variety of people; someone who has drive, self-motivation and resilience.
This is a perfect role for someone who is interested in recruitment, who wishes to gain experience and progress as the office grows.
