Job Description
We are currently seeking a resourcer to provide recruitment support to our existing consultants by the generation of suitable candidates, via telephone, advertising, networking and referrals. To interview, screen, quantify and assess those candidates to establish their suitability to be presented to AndersElite clients. We are ideally seeking someone, motivated, organised and driven by both sales and providing excellent customer/client service, and who also understands the importance of both of these in a successful business Qualified to minimum GCSE standard and able to demonstrate or provide evidence of a strong commercial awareness and desire to succeed.
