Job Description
A Residential / Housing Association Cost Consultant is required to manage small projects (housing associations, private residential, local authority) in a small private practice that was established 30 years ago. This multi-disciplinary consultancy specialises in Project Management and Construction Consultancy. They originated in East Anglia and now have strategically placed offices in London, Norwich and Edinburgh.
They operate in corporate, education, health and residential sectors. Enviable list of clients includes British Council of Shipping, Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, Barclays Bank PLC , Circle 33 Housing Trust, Clyde Valley Housing Association Ltd and Great Portland Estates.
Salary and benefits are commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.
