We are currently looking for a Refuse Manager to work for a Local Authority in East London to be responsible for managing the effective and efficient delivery of waste collection & trade services including the following:
You will be required to lead, manage and direct the Waste collections & trade Service to ensure that high quality services are delivered at all times, displaying the willingness and flexibility to respond promptly and positively to ever changing demands.
You will also be responsible for keeping senior management advised of service delivery issues and developments, and for formulating appropriate remedial action to address any problems.
You will manage the trade waste sales and administration team controlling budget for the service areas.
Relevant experience, preferably within a local authority is required.
