Recruitment Consultant Excellent Salary, OTE £60,000 + Benefits Based Glasgow City
To maintain our high standards of industry knowledge and delivery the successful candidate will be an experienced technical recruitment consultant with a strong understanding of the Scottish region. We will support you throughout the process and reward you with an outstanding remuneration plan and the opportunity to create and build your own team. You must have a proven record of making placements within the Scottish market to work in our Technical department in Glasgow.
We are looking for someone with strong business development skills, as well as client presentation skills. You must be able to build rapport with a wide candidate base and have strong market intelligence, an ethical approach to the full recruitment lifecycle, excellent delivery focus and basically enjoy adding value to both candidate and client.
