Job Description
Lead Project Surveyor required to take full commercial control of a £10 million Education Project in Leicester. This project is one of many on the Leicestershire County Council framework agreements so will guarantee future local projects.
Primary Objectives of the role: - Financial and commercial control of project - Be a full team member to achieve successful project delivery - Eliminate risk - Ensure accurate, real time reporting - Achieve project targets whilst maintaining client and supply chain relationships - Tackle difficult issues early by promoting early resolution to problems - Aspire to the very highest standards of quality, service and business performance
