Our client a Local Authority is looking for a Quantity Surveyor. This role will require the successful candidate to work on commercial properties, library schools and sports centre, on projects up to the value of 0.5 million.
The main remit of the role will be to estimate and carry put post contract work to new build, refurbishment and extension projects.
Ideally looking for a candidate with Local Authority experience but this isn't essential.
