Job Description
Project Manager / Project Co-ordinator with extensive experience in medical and healthcare projects required to work in London, on a hospital project that will form part of university in Saudi. The project is a new hospital that is part of a new University in Saudi. The role is based in Ravenscourt Park in London. There will be occasional travel to Saudi, circa 3 times per year There will be a team of four Project Manager / Package Co-ordinators working on the project. The other three are working on the residential, academic and administration aspects of the project. The total team that is working on the project is around 10 people. The hospital is a new build, however the role will to work on the fit out of everything that is not equipment. Areas you will be responsible include the auditorium, laboratories, and reception areas. You will be responsible for establish the packages and sourcing them. My client offer a unique all-embracing approach to construction projects by combining our design expertise in interior design and architecture with project management and procurement services on a global scale. They are one of a Group of companies that offer feasibility studies, master planning, architectural services, interior design, project management, site management, procurement and maintenance. Simply put they are operating a ?design and build? concept on overseas projects ? although mainly supply rather than build ? in finishing?s and furnishings of hospitals, hotels, commercial and residential.
