As a Project Manager you will be located in great offices just outside the CBD, close to public transport, working for a well respected and prestigious top tier Main Contractor.
This particular Construction Project Manager position has arisen due to expansion of this specialist division to take on board larger exciting projects.
You will be an experienced Project Manager capable of overseeing a number of projects with a portfolio up to $40m. These will cover Refurbishment and Internals projects with you managing Foremen and a Contracts Administrator on this portfolio.
As an integral Project Manager to the expansion and continued success of the business you will have experience of managing multiple projects at any one time valued at around $40m, be comfortable in dealing with clients and the professional teams involved. This role should also include some business development, so experience of presenting to clients and winning work is preferable. Experience of larger refurbishment projects will also be beneficial to you in this position
