Job Description
Project Controls manager required for large LNG Project in
Algeria, The project is valued USD200 million and consists of three parts; Base De Vie; Industrial Base and Military Camp. This is in addition to infrastructure work.The successful candidate will be required to: Prepare informed and reliable estimates of project costs Taking appropriate corrective actions to meet estimates set for project control purposes Prepare and maintain accurate schedules for the completion of project work Monitor performance against the schedules, identifying changes and taking appropriate steps to alert others to the changes Familiar with Earned Value Analysis
Required skills and experience include: Primavera P6 An Engineering Degree is a must Experience in similar construction projects (i.e. oil and gas) is a must Experience with main contractors
The project is located 1500km South of Algiers - approximately 250 km South East of Hassi Messaoud in the
Algerian
Sahara
Desert This project is located in a hardship location - all candidates must be aware of this and willing to work in such areas.
