Job Description
Our client a housing association is looking for a Property Services Manger, to manage their response repair and planned maintenance team, with an annual turnover of 4million.
The successful candidate will be required to look after a team of 6 consisting of Maintenance Surveyors, Technical-Coordinators and administration staff.
Any applicants will need to hold good contract administration skills, this being a key aspect with the role, as well having spent time managing teams with a proven track record in staff motivation.
