Job Description
Our client requires a Project Manager with proven Health experience to join their Leeds office.
The Role:
*To manage pre and post contract work relating to refurbishments, estate strategies, new build, disposals and relocations across the healthcare sector.
*To appoint, manage and monitor contractors/consultants etc.
*Preparation of tender documents and conducting a procurement process (Procure 21 experience desirable).
*To prepare feasibility studies, estimates and other costing works (familiarity with DCAG/ECAG's desirable) for business case approvals.
The Person
*Proven experience of managing projects would be desirable as would a background in QS/Cost Management. *Excellent inter-personal skills and communicator. *IT literate. *Enthusiastic.
