Job Description
Retail Project Manager required for the strategic management and delivery of project management services to Hotel Clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

" Strategic Project Management of hotel projects including all aspects of risk management, budget control, cost control and schedule. " Establish project specific critical success factors through the briefing process by meeting with the Client and Operator " Clear communication with the Client " Coordinating the delivery of FF&E and OS&E items " Oversight and monitoring of governance processes " Delivery of capital projects and leading design and implementation teams
