Job Description
Our client urgently requires a Principal Environmental Consents Consultant for Energy Projects to ideally be based in Glasgow but Edinburgh would be considered.
This opportunity has arisen due to their Environmental Sustainability business expanding their energy consultancy team.
The role will involve leading the team to address environmental consents for energy projects. Reporting into the head of Energy and Regulation, the successful candidate will look at environmental aspects of energy developments - particularly on conventional power stations and renewables projects.
The ideal candidate will - * be educated to degree level with a Masters degree in an environmental related subject * have experience of EIA's and consent process * team leadership skills, the ability to win work and sense of strong business growth * have eligibility to work in the UK * have a membership to a professional body (not essential but a desired attribute)
