Job Description

Their studio-based practice seeks experienced Planning professionals to join a team of award-winning and published architects, urban designers, landscape architects, engineers and environmental specialists.
You will be a leader within the profession, steering the conception of creative, contextually-responsive and economically-viable planning strategies and designs on major regional projects. You will provide vision throughout the project's lifecycle and manage through to final delivery; coaching, influencing and mentoring junior staff to ensure high quality and timely outcomes.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Planning, Urban Design or Landscape Architecture 10 - 15 years of related experience as a planner or in a similar capacity Extensive local contacts in public and private sector Exceptional competence and achievement over sustained period, superior leadership and initiative Extensive technical experience in the management of projects, proposal development and completion and project reviews Proven business development
