Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establishes and develops long-term senior level relationships with clients in order to generate at least £500,000 worth of business per annum Directs the strategy for proposals - initiating improvements and innovation to the approach taken on projects in order to increase successful wins Directs projects, selecting the best team, effectively negotiating objectives, deliverables and contractual arrangements and ensuring project profitability in order to ensure team projects are delivered to agreed specification, on time and within budget To provide planning advice on major development, regeneration and transport projects in order to secure planning approval for major development. This include representing the companies clients at Public Inquiries Undertake planning policy studies for clients including Central Government Leads and develops a team, developing team strategy and using appropriate interpersonal and motivational methods to inspire the team to the achievement business goals and objectives
London is the preferred working location, however for the right candidate this will be flexible as there are offices around the UK.
