Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a PA for one of the most successful and world's fastest growing design, engineering and management consultancies based in the UK. Working from their Leeds Office, you will be working for 3 Directors within the Civils Sector.
You will be an experienced and highly competent PA and be able to provide extensive secretarial and administrative support to a highly successful department. The role is varied and includes extensive diary management in Outlook, organising travel and providing overall admin support within the Civils Team.
With a proven track record, strong communication skills and highly organised, the ideal candidate will have a similar background. Due to the nature of the role, knowledge and experience of the professional services/ consultancy and/ or construction industry would be advantageous as well as being able to be calm under pressure.
