Job Description
We are currently working for a Facilities Management Service provider on a contract to a major UK banking group who require a Moves Project Manager to join them in the City of London covering their southern portfolio. The successful candidate will have a high level of experience of moves and changes in a banking or large corporate environment and have strong client facing & management skills. This will be a complex role involving office based projects ranging from daily churn to large building moves and as such you will need to be responsible for the management of individual multidiscipline projects and competent in all phases of Project Management activities including, but not limited to, budgeting, planning & design, project milestone scheduling, services contracting of multidisciplinary project teams, conflict resolution, project implementation oversight and project closure. We are looking for the fololowing candidates: * Educated to Degree level * Experience of line managing other employee's across a wide portfolio of projects * Experienced in briefing, appointing and managing external contractors * HNC / HND in Building / engineering / Project disciplines * Excellent IT skills including AutoCAD packages * Excellent organisational skills * Strong communicator * Self motivated * High degree of leadership skills * Technically proficient in mechanical, electrical engineering * Strong project management skills * FM experience * Quick learner * Full driving licence * Finance and background in budget management
