Job Description
Mobile Multi Skilled Electrician / Engineer job vacancy to be home based covering a maintenance contract for a large Petrol Filling Station Group covering locations to include SE6, SE5, SM5 and BR6 postcode areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - ELECTRICAL BIAS - Planned & Reactive Maintenance to Electrical Distribution Boards, boiler plant and hot/cold water services, air conditioning, heating & ventilation systems, electrical services & minor building fabric. - Regular customer liaison - Assisting with general office admin, when required
EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in maintaining mechanical & electrical services:- Distribution boards Domestic & Commercial Water Systems Heating Ventilation & Air Con equipment Lighting Electrical Systems Good all round DIY skills Excellent Customer facing skills Previous experience of working in a public facing, culturally diverse environment
QUALIFICATIONS 16th Edition Electrical City & Guilds 2391 - Test & Inspect (or equiv)
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS Able to portray a professional, tidy & smart image at all times Physically fit/agile due to active nature of job High standards & attention to detail
Ideally candidates will also have experience and qualification in Gas (ACS).
