Managing Qauntity Surveyor - RAIL, London
Our client is a world leader in the Project Management, Design, Installation and Testing and Commissioning of complex railway infrastructure projects. They have an excellent training structure leading to career progression for those willing to accept the challenges of management.
AndersElite are currently recruiting for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to be project based in various sites in London. The main duties of this role is to increase profitability of each project while focusing and motivating the site commercial team. Key skills required:
* Management of credit control processes * Maximisation of profitability * Manage cost and forecasting processes * Input into risk management processes * Provide commercial adivce to project teams * Lead on disupte resolutions * Assist with corporate marketing and tendering process
The successful candidates will have previous experience of working in a contracting commercial department to allow for the development of expertise in the key areas. Ideally you will have a working knowledge of construction industry conditions of contract and be inquisitive about railway technology.
