Job Description
Our client a housing association in Devon is seeking a Maintenance Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role includes the management of a small team of surveyors and a key focus of the role is on the delivery of the responsive maintenance programmes.
The successful candidate will also be required to chair monthly progress meetings with contractors and produce monthly expenditure / performance reports along with developing relationships with the partners.
Ideally any applicants will have will have previously managed staff, and have experience in partnering & contract administration.
