Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a confident and organised individual to assist within a team of Maintenance operatives on a short term basis. Ideally you will have experience and knowledge of processing reactive repairs, co-ordinating a Gas Servicing Programme, co-ordinating home visits and conducting telephone surveys to establish tenant satisfaction.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential, and you must also be able to work on your own initiative in pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
