Building Services - M & E Coordinator - Newcastle upon Tyne
We have been requested to recruit for an M & E Co-ordinator for this busy Main Contractor. You will be based on site in the Newcastle area, where you will monitor the service installations of a large commercial/health project. You will be involved in every aspect of the M & E section of this large project. It will be your responsibility to ensure the M & E is installed as planned, on time and on budget.
The ideal candidate will have an electrical bias, however mechanical candidates with a good electrical understanding will be seriously considered. You should have a good grasp of all aspects of building services contracting with particular regard to design.
