Job Description
Our client has a job vacancy for an electrically biased M&E Technician to be based from an Art Gallery in Central London.
You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance activities and first line break down response calls related to the general M&E plant. Other duties include issuing permits to work, supervising the control room, issue risk and method statements and monitoring the condition of plant rooms and communal areas.
Applicants should be City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1&2 (or equiv), 16th/17th Edition qualified and have completed an electrically biased apprenticeship.
Applicants will also ideally have proven work experience working in similar environments and be knowledgeable on current Health & Safety legislation.
An excellent opportunity to join an already established service provider working at a well known fine arts establishment in central London.
