Job Description
Due to this Clients' continued success they are now keen to recruit an M & E Quantity Surveyor to be based (ideally) from the Cheltenham office (candidates who live near the other offices in Birmingham and Newbury will also be considered) on challenging and interesting construction projects. Projects can vary in size from £1m to £25m in the commercial, hotel and leisure, education and health sectors.
The role is to provide support in the procurement and management of M & E subcontractors across the entire region together with resolving any M & E related issues that may arise from tender stage to project completion. Experience of M & E on comparable projects is essential, together with an understanding of design, procurement and construction processes.
