Job Description
Established Main Contractor is currently looking for an M&E Manager to work on a ?9m Grade II Listed hotel extension project. This involves demolition and new build through to fit-out of a heritage building including an RC Frame. You will be running the services element of this project with full control and reporting into the Project Manager on site. Previous experience on Grade II listed projects is preferred. Job will be site based and a candidate based locally (within 1hr travel) is preferred.
