Job Description
Our client is about to take over a maintenance contract they require two Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineers.
Applicants must have proven experience working in similar large buildings with a good awareness of Health & Safety requirements.
Minimum qualifications should include:- City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1&2 (or equivalent) 16th/17th Edition City & Guilds in Mechanical Discipline (or equivalent) Good HVAC/Air Con knowledge and or qualification BMS/PPM Systems experience
Ideally with knowledge of Humidity Control UPS/Critical Systems experience
Due to the nature of the site, engineers may be required to provide occasional out of hours cover for special events.
