Job Description
Our client seeking a M&E Contract Managers to ensure delivery of excellent customer services to their client, based in the Southern Home Counties namely Kent, Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.
The role is demanding and includes responsibility for all operational staff, budgets and contract performance across the Hard FM services. You will need to establish and maintain good client relationships and ensure compliance with our service agreements.
An effective manager, with great motivational and communication skills, you will be adept in financial management and service auditing. You will have significant experience in Hard FM management possibly within a PFI or similar contract environment, at a senior management level. A relevant degree or equivalent would be highly desirable, together with membership of a relevant professional institution.
