Job Description
Experienced project manager required to deliver the ongoing HR services and the implementation processes, responding to client needs. Also, the position involves the full management of associates on the client administration team. The HR Project Manager will work with the Implementation Manager and Delivery Services Manager to define requirements and process flow, building effective communication between HR Delivery teams and managing transition from implementation to delivery. The Project Manager will ensure high-quality service to employees, Manager and HR using. Project and process scheduling, process flow monitoring and driving process improvement. The Lead project manager will also be expected to oversee other Ongoing Project Managers and support staff ensuring they are fully trained, resourced and skilled to carry out their role. Do not have to come from a HR background, but any experience of HR a bonus. Ability to give guidance to Business/Support Analysts within a client-facing services organisation. Strong team environment. Very strong listening, speaking and writing skills. Excellent inter-personal and influence skills. Immediate interviews, start ASAP.
