Job Description

Project Type: Working in the Museum Project Division on Refurbishments, Extensions and Fit Outs
Key Tasks for this position are :

Our client is a specialist fit out company operating in the hotel, retail, museum and visitor centre sectors. They are based in Chessington and have been established for 13 years. They are one of the only companies in the UK who have their own in house workshop for joinery and acrylic fabrication as well as having their own design team. They offer a full turnkey package to their clients taking projects from initial concept and design proposals to financial budgeting, programming and logistical support.

They are looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to be responsible for procurement, payments, variations, valuations and final accounts. Projects usually range from £1m - £15m and will be on site for up to 6 months. The right candidate must be from a contractor background and have previous experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
