Job Description
Our Client, a well established Retail and Hospitality firm, currently require an individual to join the International Retail design team
This position requires an experienced designer who can hit the ground running confidently within this role and display a strong a passion and flair for Retail design and an ability to cope with ever changing brand movements. A strong understanding of international markets both complex & sensitive will be required when dealing with clients in foreign regions.
Applicants must be degree qualified in either Interior Design or Architecture and have a minimum of 1 years experience with International projects. A key duty for this role will be working on the full technical documentation of International retail sites requiring intricate knowledge of fixture design and store layout along with the ability to detail up shop fitting drawings. An understanding of exportation and shipping lead times will also be advantageous when managing the client and project critical path. Candidates will need to be proficient in AutoCAD 2006-2008.
Prospective applicants will need to be highly motivated and display initiative to work unattended and hit the ground running in this fast moving practice.
