Job Description
An Intermediate / Upper Intermediate Architectural Technician is urgently required to work within a light, clean, modern and open plan small size practice which is a five minute walk away from Cardiff City Centre but offers on-site parking to staff.
Our client is well known for providing practical and innovative solutions to construction projects combined with a cutting edge interior design service. Their specialised sectors are Hotels, Community Centres, Healthcare, Retail and Offices. Their portfolio also breaks away from the everyday projects and also specialise heavily in a diverse range of leisure facilities such as Public Houses, Breweries and Nightclubs.
Our client is looking for a creative individual that really has an understanding of construction knowledge and can appreciate how a building comes together. In return our client offers the opportunity to move within their preferred direction and have the flexibility to have input within all aspect of the design stages. Our client encourages those who have an interest or passion for interior design as they feel that interior design is just as important as the architectural and structural work. Their team is made up of Architects, Architectural Technicians, Interior Designers and a full AutoCAD technical support. They are firm believers of offering the opportunity to progress within the company to become Associates and Directors as and when the positions become available.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of a well established team and would greatly benefit from an industrious, conscientious individual who is capable to work both independently and as part of a team will excel in this friendly and thriving office environment.
