Job Description
AndersElite Rail Division are looking for a HSQE Manager with established experience in Safety Management within the Railway environment and Civil Engineering or Building. You will be working with one of our key clients. You will be working from their office based in London, just South of Central London.
The person; " Established experience in safety management within civil engineering & building " Solid background as a Safety Manager in Rail environment on construction work (LUL does not count) " Able to manage safety from conception through development, design, construction and handback " Experienced in safety management of sites with values £50,000 to £2m " Minimum NEBOSH qualification - ideally both environmental and quality accreditation " Experienced in safety management of multiple subcontractor sites " Experienced in working with clients and consultants " Able to brief individuals or groups of people " Commercially aware - knows and manages the cost of safety " Able to programme and plan resources " Understanding of the key factors to produce successful contracts in both safety, environmental quality and technical and financial terms. " Be able to pass regular drug and alcohol screening (no banned substances for at least the last three months)
