Job Description
A rare opportunity has arisen for a SHE Manager to join our clients organisation at their head office in East Anglia. Working for a large civil engineering contractor, you will be assisting in the delivery of key strategic objectives of the business. Candidates should have a high level of SHE knowledge and experience and should be able to recognise, manage and resolve SHE issues on their own initiative. Other responsibilities will include assisting with the production of monthly SHE reports, attending weekly site safety meetings and ensure the relevance and accuracy of SHE management system documentation. Candidates should have a working knowledge of SHE legislation and a detailed knowledge of practical building construction and construction site safety. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) as well as report writing skills are essential. Some travel may also be required.
