HSE Branch Operations & Consultancy Director required to set up new office of a rapidly expanding company. Based in Sunbury upon Thames you will be responsible to service the London and Surreyareas. My client has many Clients through out the UK and Europeoffering a ?one stop shop? for all HSEQ requirements to ANY industry or business. Clients range from small shops to worldwide corporate software companies on to large size Construction Developers in the most affluent areas of the UK. My client believes that Clients and Employees are the essential keys of our business, we strive to achieve ensure Client commitment and satisfaction at all times. The Candidate will be in charge of hiring Consultants either on an adhoc or permanent basis. To manage sales and get the maximum financial potential from existing Clients and have the ability to mange budgets and cashflow. The Candidate ideally should have the following; Self motivated Individual 10 years HSEQ Consultancy experience CMIOSH MAPS FIIRSM Environmental Qualification Qualified Trainer and training experience Experience in a strategic management / Directors role Financial Management Experience highly sought Strong construction preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Commercial awareness The ability to write and deliver a business plan and execute. To manage cashflow of a non bank funded Company Ability to deliver effective HSEQ in any organisation Ability to hire and mange an number of CDMC?s, Trainers and Consultants Ability to manage H&S Trainers and to lead a strategic training sales plan Ability to achieve the highest recognition for the company including ISO 9001/ 14000 OHSAS 18000 and to deliver it to Clients To effectively manage product development to the latest and highest standards Document control and management of all company documents including proof reading prior to Clients receiving. The ability to develop and deliver a ?Professional Development Programme? for all Consultants To effectively manage an Accounts Department with full financial control of up to ?1m including VAT and Tax returns etc. The main principle is to employ a highly qualified and experienced individual to manage a business plan and develop the business.
