Our client is an international professional services company, who due to expansion are looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to join their Newcastle team. Your role will involve various duties including planning and implementing field investigations including logging of core and test pits, undertaking geological assessment and geotechnical analysis including settlement and stability calculations, retaining wall and footing design, report preparation, client liaison and project management. As an experience Geotechnical Engineer you should possess qualifications in Civil Engineering, have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, not be adverse towards interstate or overseas travel and have impeccable communication skills.
