Job Description
Our client is one of the UK's leading magazine distributors; they are rapidly growing within their industry and now seek a Facilities Manager to be based in Central London.
The main purpose of the role is to provide support to the directors in the efficient, profitable and compliant running of the company and offices. The office manager will be required to manage various office support contracts including but not limited to building maintenance, office cleaning, pest control, recycling, post room, reception, stationery, fleet management and other soft services. Also you will be required to be the first point of contact for fault reporting within the office, and report, rectify all faults with the relevant contractor. It will also be your duty to manage the provision of cost control and budgetary analysis.
