Job Description

My client is currently looking for a Facilities Manager to work on a MoD contract based at Sutton Coldfield.

This is a 3 month role with possibility of an extension to 6 months.

You will work in conjunction with the existing Facilities Management team, providing advice on Estate Management activities to the site team and assurance that the contractor's delivery processes are in place and working.

As the Facilities Manager you will lead establishment based teams in the efficient and effective delivery of Estate Management including Regional Prime Contract (RPC) core services and other delegated services.

The ideal applicant will have previous experience in an estate related discipline and knowledge of works prime contracting processes and other current MoD property management arrangements.
