Job Description
AndersElite is now seeking a Divisional Manager to report into our Regional Director, who can motivate and lead a large team of Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers. This London-based team specifically services our clients from the the Consulting Engineering sector, though we welcome applications from those with experience of other professional sectors within the construction or engineering industry. We are primarily seeking Management skills and the ability to effect change and performance management, so the successful applicant will need to be commercially astute, and able to develop the business through improving operational efficiencies, coaching and developing team members, developing rapport with our customers and by capitalising on market opportunities in the area through external business development.
You must be a determined, successful, innovative team leader with a strong sense of direction, a track record in setting and raising standards, and of business growth, and be able to manage the P&L for the area office. Experience of effective team leadership, planning and management is essential.
To help you achieve your objectives and allow you to focus on your primary objectives, you will be supported by World Class support teams including Financial Analysis, Management Accounts, Credit Control, Payroll, Resourcer Management, Legal, IT and Human Resources.
