Job Description
A highly successful international player in the construction industry is urgently seeking a competent Design Manager keen to explore new horizons in the Middle East. Duties will include revising drawings, receiving and processing design briefs from clients, monitor design activities, revising amendments to project and management of the design process on site. The ideal candidate will come from a solid architectural background and have a mixed portfolio particularly including residential, commercial, mixed use and hotel/leisure projects. Previous experience with high rise projects and demonstrable team leadership ability is essential. Highly competitive remuneration is on offer for the right candidate.
