A highly motivated Contracts Administrator is required for one of Melbourne's most progressive, award winning, leading contractors. This contractor prides themselves on their reputation of upholding strong client relationships and for being a cutting edge design & construct contractor. The successful candidate should have proven experience as a Contracts Administrator & be comfortable working on projects valued up to and above $20M. Experience on large fit-out/refurb projects would be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to award major subcontractors, administer subcontract progress claims & variations. The successful candidate will preferably be tertiary qualified.
