Job Description

Our client is seeking to employ a Contracts Manager to be based in their South Yorkshire office.

A high calibre individual is needed to ensure and be responsible for assigned contract works to be delivered and margins maximised and be completed on time and budget.

The successful candidate will also be able to develop strategy and build client relation in order to secure future work.

Some duties will include:
" Contributing towards the production of accurate and complete cost estimates in respect of client enquiries.
" Liaising with client's representatives to ensure client requirements are clearly understood, resourced and implemented on time and to budget
" Identifying all potential contract variations for potential commercial issues and client notification in order to identify any corrective or other actions that may be required

You will have a civil Engineering, Construction, Building or preferably a Rail background. The ideal candidate will have experience in Power Stations and Rail Facilities, and Rail infrastructure.
