Job Description
Opportunity to join one of the largest real estate developers in UAE.
My client is a conglomerate of 30 medium to large companies specialising in various industries such as media, real estate, trading, services, landscaping, construction and technology.
The projects vary, and include new build of towers (high rise buildings), shopping malls and residential and office buildings and several huge exciting land development projects.
Because of the exciting opportunities the number of projects is growing steadily, so there is lots of opportunity for the candidates to grow with the company.
The successful candidate can autonomously oversee the construction projects as a client side manager. He/she will be involved in dealing/negotiating with the consultants and obviously contractors, overseeing the tender processes and finalising the letter of awards. He/she has to set up all the schedules (time, budget etc.) in the contracts and deliver the projects on time, within budget and in line with the quality standards. He/she will also work on the design stage and be involved in the feasibility study of the projects.
The candidate must hold a construction related univesity degree, ideally in Architecture or Civil Engineering and have a proven track record. Ideally he/she will be Chartered.
Salary and benefits are commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.
Upon submitting your CV we will review your details and should your experience be suitable we will be in touch. If you do not hear from us within 72 hours please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion; however should you see a role at a later stage in which you are interested please reapply.
