Commercial Manager Job
Our client, a leading main contractor, is looking for a Commercial Manager to manage the existing surveying team on a prestigious PFI new build in the North West.
This role will offer an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong construction background and experience of managing a team. Some of your duties may include:
* Management of resources required to maximise the success of the project * Successful implementation of all company policies and procedures * Advise and report on overall success of all projects * Support the promotion of the company * Work alongside Surveying Director to maximise commercial advantage * Manage the design process with the project team
