Job Description

Our client a local Housing Association requires a Building Surveyor for a 12 month period. The main duties of this role will include completing detailed surveys of the client's portfolio for repairs and improvements. You will also be required to draw up and prepare specifications of work in order to complete work within time and budget set.

You will be expected to liaise with the contracting team and monitor/manage the cyclical maintenance contracts, therefore knowledge in this field is essential, previous experience of working within a planned maintenance environment is also desirable.
