Job Description

Bid Manager, Top 5 Main Contractor, Herts

AndersElite are currently working alongside a large nation main contractor to appoint a Bid Manager within the Hertfordshire head office. They are a market leading main contractor specialising in education, health, rail, mixed use, high spec residential, and retail and airport projects from £10m-£200m+. Each project is chosen on its own merits based on technical complexity and potential profitability. Therefore this gives employees a wide range of innovative and prestigious project experience.

The main contractor expects candidates to be able to demonstrate experience of the below mentioned responsibilities;
* Managing an existing team
* Ability to motivate and organise different teams
* Knowledge of pre-construction (bid management, estimating or quantity surveying)
* Experience of working for a main contractor

This role has come to fruition due to the fact due maternity leave and is a permanent replacement.
