Job Description
They are currently looking for a dynamic person to join the growing team at Associate level in the Midlands region. This role is to build up additional work in the public and private sectors. The successful candidate will take instructions from existing clients; however a key function of the role will be developing their own client portfolio. They will be assisted in this role by an existing team as well as the Directors. The post offers an opportunity to be part of a team which is rapidly growing in terms of its profile and range of work in the Midlands and beyond.
The post requires the ability to work as part of a team and to use initiative in developing the business. Candidates should be able to demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to work both under instruction and autonomously. We are looking for someone who not only has a sound knowledge of the UK planning system, but who will instil confidence in clients and be able to lead projects.
You must be a member of the RTPI or RICS P&D and exhibit the following qualities;
